How do we move students from exploration to real opportunities after graduation? This session breaks down what a Career Pathway really is and how our district organizes Programs, Two-Year Academies, and Four-Year Academies to create clear, student-centered routes to college and careers. Learn how we structure coursework, align industry partnerships, and support students every step of the way. The session also includes a guided tour of the Olathe Public Schools Innovation Campus (OPSIC), where attendees will see pathways in action and explore authentic learning spaces that support hands-on, industry-connected experiences.
