Special education educators manage a complex combination of instruction, compliance, data collection, and collaboration. Without strong systems in place, it can quickly become overwhelming. This session is designed for new special educators, educators in their first few years, and veteran educators who are ready to refresh or streamline their current systems. Participants will learn practical, sustainable strategies to organize IEPs, manage compliance timelines, collect meaningful data, and effectively support paraprofessionals. Attendees will leave with ready-to-use tools and templates that help them start the school year organized and stay on track throughout the year.
