Participants will experience what true math engagement looks and feels like by stepping into the role of learners during a model lesson. This interactive session focuses on the concept development and debrief components of a Eureka Math lesson, highlighting strategies that actively engage all students in making sense of mathematics. Attendees will explore how Kagan structures can be used to increase participation, accountability, and collaboration, while also learning practical discussion strategies that deepen thinking during the debrief.

In today’s diverse classrooms, push-in support offers a powerful opportunity to ensure all students can access and engage with grade-level content. This session is designed for those who want to move beyond simply sharing a classroom to intentionally designing instruction that meets the needs of every learner. Participants will explore practical, high-impact scaffolding strategies that support all learners without lowering the rigor of the content. Participants will learn how to increase student interaction, build academic language, make content accessible and create more inclusive learning experiences.
